Watercolor & Photography Exhibit Opens August 16 at Kenmore City Hall

Inspired – Connecting Art & Conservation

ARTS OF KENMORE invites the public to an Opening Reception and Artist’s presentation Friday August 16 at city hall, 6:30-8pm, featuring watercolorist Charlene Collins Freeman and photographer Mukul Soman. The artists will discuss their series of wildlife and nature compositions connected in reverence of conservation. Light entertainment and refreshments.

Imagine Scholar Fundraising Yard Sale (Aug 15-17)

Looking for some second-hand treasures? Want to shop for a good cause? Then come check out our annual charity fundraising sale happening August 15th - 17th! All proceeds from the sale will go towards Imagine Scholar, an educational mentorship program for disadvantaged youth in rural South Africa. We've been collecting items from 50+ families all across Seattle. Furniture, clothing, toys, household decor, sports equipment, tools, jewelry, electronics - you name it, we have it!

Kenmore Heritage Society Benefit Organ Concert

Internationally Acclaimed Organist, Vintage Wurlitzer to be Showcased in Benefit Pops Concert in Kenmore

David Gray, an exceptional young theatre organist from Scotland, will present an entertaining program of popular music Sunday, July 14, at the Kenmore home of Russ and Jo Ann Evans to benefit the Kenmore Heritage Society’s outreach to our three elementary schools. The program will be performed on a vintage 1924 Wurlitzer organ, installed in the Evans home in 1984.

Comedy Night @Kenmore Community Club

Mark your calendars and share on your social media: Friday, July 12, Fun, Food and Comedy!

Enjoy great picnic food and laugh at hilarious improv comedy as we fund and befriend Kenmore's awesome nonprofits. Doors open at 5:30pm, picnic at 6pm, laughs at 7pm, winner announced at 9:30pm.

As a fund-raiser for all four non-profits, suggested donations of $5 for a cup or plate will be accepted at the door. In addition, each club will sell $1 donation voting tickets, which audience members can use to vote for their favorite troupe.

Northshore Fun Photo Contest

Bring your family, friends and neighbors to Kenmore Camera on Saturday, Sept. 14th at 10:00am to kick off the 5th Annual Digital Fun Photo Contest!

This event is open to all ages and skill levels. The contest will run one week and all photos must be submitted by September 21st at midnight.
