Submitted by communications on Wed, 07/12/2017 - 4:22pm
Come celebrate the completion of the new sidewalks along NE 181st Street in downtown Kenmore with a ribbon cutting. The improvements along NE 181st Street between 68th and 73rd Avenues NE include sidewalks on both sides of the street, the addition of street lighting, a crosswalk with a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon, and more. Join us in recognizing Kenmore becoming more walk-and bike-friendly as Deputy Mayor Allen Van Ness and others offer remarks.
When: Monday, July 17, from 1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Where: NE 181st Street between 68th and 73rd Avenues NE, near the new pedestrian crosswalk (close to the Safeway entrance).
