NOTE: NE 181st St between 67th Ave NE and 68th Ave NE will be blocked off for the event
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must have the following and comply with all Rules and Regulations of the market.

- A WA State Business License and UBI number
- Commercial Business Insurance
- If sampling or serving food, all permits required by the King County Health Department, and when applicable, WA State Department of Agriculture.
As a member of the Washington State Farmers Market Association, the Kenmore Farmers Market will only accept the following:
- Washington grown plants, fruits, and vegetables
- Washington made or grown processed foods
- Prepared Food Vendors
- Non-profit, on occasion, as space permits
The Kenmore Farmers Market does not accept the following:
- Alcohol
- Commercial or imported items
- Used or secondhand items
- Franchises
- Non-owner operated businesses
- Out of State processors
Craft vendors will be limited to 1-2 per market.
Vendor Application Details:
- Application deadline: April 19, 2024
- When received, applications will be reviewed by Market Manager as time permits.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the market.
- The Market Manager is responsible for approving, denying, and waitlisting vendors.
- All potential vendors will be contacted shortly after submitting application by Market Manager.
- If the vendor is accepted, they will be asked to pay the application fee and provide an official signature to finalize their registration.
- Applications may also be mailed or dropped off at City Hall for consideration.
- Application Fee: $25 (only collected upon acceptance into the market)
- Booth Fee:
- $35 for a 10x10 booth space, if prepaid when accepted
- $40 for a 10x10 booth space, when paid weekly
KFM welcomes Non-Profit Organizations & Community Groups to request space for sharing information regarding community related services & activities. Groups will be limited to 1 per market day. There is a $20 booth fee per market day. Participants are encouraged to create engaging tables that enhance the market experience for marketgoers.

How to Use your EBT Card & Market Match at the Market:
- Go to the City of Kenmore information tent.
- Swipe your EBT card and receive EBT Market Tokens.
- Match EBT dollars up to $25 and receive Match dollars to double your shopping power.
- Use EBT Market Tokens and Market Match dollars to purchase any food items including fresh fruit, vegetables, vegetable starts, herbs, mushrooms, cheese, jam, bakery items, etc. EBT Market Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash and no change can be given for purchases. EBT Market Tokens do not expire.

Providing King County Seniors, Women, Infants and Children with fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets.
WIC and Senior FMNP participants can use their benefits to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and mushrooms, fresh cut herbs and honey for seniors.
The WIC program is part of the Special Supplemental Nutrition program for lower income Women, Infants and Children. They provide healthy foods, nutritional education and referrals to health and other social services.
