Puget Sound Clean Air Agency has issued a Draft Order of Approval and Determination of Nonsignificance for Cadman Materials, Kenmore.  Information regarding this permitting action is open for public comment beginning on March 3, 2022 and can be found on the PSCAA website at https://www.pscleanair.gov/175/Permits-Open-for-Comment.

 A public hearing on this action will be held by Puget Sound Clean Air Agency via Zoom on April 18, 2022 at 4pm, links to the public hearing can be found at https://www.pscleanair.gov/175/Permits-Open-for-Comment. 

Puget Sound Clean Air Agency will be accepting comments through May 2, 2022.
