Kenmore City Hall
The City Council Chambers and Community Meeting Room at Kenmore City Hall are available for approved rentals after business hours and on Saturdays. To rent a meeting room at City Hall, submit the Request for City Hall Facility Use Application and Rental Agreement at least two weeks prior to any weekday event and one month prior to any weekend event. Pertinent City Hall Rental Policies (see application for full policy listings)
- Times Available for Rental:
- Tuesday through Friday: 5pm to 9pm.
- Other government agencies may request reservations during regular City Hall business hours (Monday through Friday: 9am to 5pm)
- Saturdays: Considered case-by-case (4-hour minimum rental period).
- Tuesday through Friday: 5pm to 9pm.
- Application Submittal Requirements:
- Weekday Rentals: Submit application a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of rental date (rental cannot be confirmed more than 3 weeks in advance).
- Saturday Rentals: Submit application a minimum of 1 month in advance of rental date (a City staff member must be on site the entire duration of the rental, a fee may apply).
- Fees and Damage Deposit:
- No charge for rental by government agencies or events co-sponsored by the City of Kenmore.
- Groups sponsored by Kenmore residents may reserve a meeting room once a month, on a weekday, at no charge.
- Weekday Rentals: $25/hour for Kenmore residents, $50/hour for non-residents.
- Saturday Rentals: $75/hour for Kenmore residents, $125/hour for non-residents.
- Damage Deposit: $250 for groups exceeding 50 people or when food or beverages are served.
The Hangar at Town Square
The Hangar at Town Square is a community gathering space where the Kenmore community and visitors can meet, sip coffee, celebrate, perform or hang out, free-of-charge. Reservations for the Otter Room and Beaver Room must be made 72 hours in advance for groups of less than 30 people. For groups that expect 30 or more people, reservations must be made 35 days in advance. Please see Hangar Facility Use Policy.
