The Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, 7:00 p.m., on amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and development regulations. Amendments include new regulations to permit house-scale duplexes and triplexes (“Missing Middle” housing) in some areas of R-6 Residential zoning; and map changes to rezone the properties at 6450, 6506 and 6520 NE 202nd Street to allow future construction of a Public Works facility.
