This is one of three Listening Sessions City Manager Rob Karlinsey will be attending to gather questions and comments from the public regarding the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) Order of Approval of a Notice of Construction Permit (#11861) for the Cadman asphalt facility in Kenmore.
