Mary’s Place is a local homeless shelter supporting families in the greater Seattle area, with a shelter locally in Kenmore. At this event you are invited to make new-sew fleece scarves. You are encouraged to also add a hand-written note as a personal touch to each scarf. All supplies will be provided. This event will be very kid friendly. Children of all ages can help with cutting the tassels or decorating the cards. If you would like to get involved in other ways, we could certainly use help pre-cutting & will gladly accept donations of fleece. This is a grassroots effort of caring and thoughtful community members!
