Come honor Earth Day with us by picking up trash at TL' awh-ah-dees Park in Kenmore!

We will have extra trash grabbers, gloves, buckets, garbage bags and hand sanitizer. Depending on the number of people attending we may not have grabbers for everyone, so if you have your own please bring them with you. This is a free event and open to all ages. 

Things to know:
*This is absolutely kid friendly! We use 2.5 gallon buckets so they are easier for kids to carry and will have kid sized gloves.
*This is a rain or shine event!
*We will meet at TL' awh-ah-dees Park. If you want to venture onto the Burke Gilman trail or along 175th that is great too!
*Wear closed toed shoes and weather appropriate clothing.
*You do not need to stay the whole time. We will weigh all of the trash collected and try to get a group photo around 3:45.
*If you find broken glass, needles, or otherwise dangerous items please leave them where they are, if you can remember where you find it we can let the City know and they can collect/dispose it in a safe way (safety is #1 priority)
*We may take photos and post them on our page, if you do not wish to be photographed be sure to let us know 
*We plan to give away spring themed items again to each group who attends!
*If you want to donate supplies, that would be AWESOME! Grabbers are limited and can get expensive depending on how many people plan to attend.
