Volunteers Wanted - Community Park Clean Up

  • Introduction: Jack Crawford served as Kenmore’s first Mayor in 1998 and on City Council through 2005. In 2009, City Council proclaimed Jack V. Crawford “Cour­tesy is Contagious in Kenmore” Day to honor his leadership, graciousness, and generosity of spirit.

Time: 9:00am- 12:00pm

Location: Log Boom Park

All ages are welcome. Ages 14-17 require parent signature on Day of Sign In/Out Waiver and Volunteer Intake Form. Additionally, ages under 14 require guardian/parent supervision onsite.

The City of Kenmore will host its annual park beautification event, Jack V. Crawford "Courtesy is Contagious in Kenmore" Day, on Saturday, October 19. 

Volunteers are needed to help with mulching, removing invasive plants, etc.

Please bring your own work gloves.

Tools, drinks, and snacks will be provided.
