Celebrate the rivers and streams feeding at StreamFest 2024 at Kenmore Log Boom Park!

Activities: 

Kayak - A limited number will be available free, first come, first served or BYO or rent on-site from WhatsSup Paddle and Surf

Community science - Collect sediment samples and temperature data at Lake Washington

Water monitoring demonstration - Learn about the physical, chemical and biological indicators of watershed health.

Fish printing - Identify the external parts of a fish and create a Gyotaku print

Look for salmon! - Salmon are returning home to spawn right now! They will tell you about good viewing locations.

Fly fishing demo - Participate in hands-on fly fishing demo (2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. ) from the friends at Avid Angler

Music and more! - Enjoy music from the Old Glory String Band and other fun activities for the whole family
