If you enjoy exploring the natural outdoors, we invite you to participate in the City’s free guided nature walks at Wallace Swamp Creek Park.On the third Tuesday of each month from April through October, volunteer Linda Phillips will host a 1.5 - 2 hour-long guided tour and explore two miles of paved and primitive trails through the 25-acre park. Tours will focus on plants and animals found in the park. Bring a pair of binoculars and a love for the outdoors.
Tours start at 9:00 a.m. at the kiosk at Wallace Swamp Creek Park parking lot. Participants under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
