The Kenmore Business Incubator program, which began in 2013, ended as a City-funded and operated program at the end of 2020. However, resources for business consultation are available through experienced private providers, and the owner of the current incubator location plans to lease workspace to small businesses. Three long time incubator companies are renting their current workspace from the property owner. To inquire about renting work space, please contact Zakir Butte at zakir.butte@gmail.com

The Kenmore Business Incubator program has served 40 businesses with low cost workspace and business development consultation provided by experienced consultants, including in-house businesses and virtual incubator clients. Those 40 companies represent a total of over 325 jobs in a wide range of sectors such as technology, construction, counseling, and cultural, to name a few. The incubator has also served as a model for other cities in the region who have established comparable programs.
