We’re pleased to offer the opportunity for virtual public comment. Please note that the primary mode of participation is on-site.

Technical Difficulties - If the virtual component of the meeting disconnects, and we cannot resolve technical difficulties to reconnect the virtual component, the in-person meeting will continue at City Hall if there is a quorum of the body to conduct business. 

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form to request to speak at an upcoming City Council Meeting. 
  2. Wait for confirmation from the City Clerk (via email or phone). Only pre-registered and confirmed guests will be called on to speak. 
  3. Join the meeting via the Zoom link available on the agenda.
  4. Make sure your Zoom name matches the name provided on the form to be recognized during the meeting.

This form opens Tuesdays at 12:00 Noon and closes Mondays at 12:00 Noon.
