Framing the Future of Housing
As part of the second phase of the Framing the Future of the Housing Project the City of Kenmore will continue engagement around middle housing with a focus on how the City can meet new legislation requirements. Following initial engagement efforts with an Open House, booth at two Farmer's Markets and several Planning Commission meetings, the City is creating draft revisions to development regulations and housing policies to meet new state requirements from HB 1110. This work builds off the efforts in Phase One and was included on the website below as of fall 2023. Please click the drop down below title “Incorporating HB 1110 Requirements” to learn more about the process.
