An undersized vault located 200' east of 72nd Ave NE and NE 170th St was clogged during a large storm in 2007. The storm caused a back-up of Tributary 0057 and created massive right-of-way flooding and closures. A fish-passable box-culvert was constructed and resized to accommodate flows and relocate the stream through a different conveyance system.
